ECONOMIC AND SOCIAL ACTIVITY

This area involves a number of socio-economic activities as:
- monitoring AESM dormitories and canteens;
- providing hygiene training to the AESM service personnel;
- meeting and accommodating foreign students, guests and participants in international scientific conferences and symposia hosted by AESM;
- solving student social issues, observing strictly “The Internal Student Dormitory Regulations”.

These activities are coordinated by the Vice-Rector for Economic and Social activity, who coordinates the duties and responsibilities of the superintendents, the chiefs of the central warehouse, the canteen, the AUTO Service, “Fire and Security” and “Supply and Acquisition” Services, and the director of the AESM Scientific Library etc.

In every AESM building there is a canteen and a cafeteria where students and staff can serve snacks and meals.

The students and staff may improve their health at the AESM Rehabilitation Centre which provides the following services:
- diadinamic current therapy;
- electric stimulation;
- treatment by decimetric waves;
- ultrasonic-therapy;
- hand massage;
- termotherapy;
- ozocherite;
- paraffin therapy.
