ANTiM is a non-government, non-political and not-for-profit organization which operates within AESM. It was designed to develop and further promote the managerial spirit of youth in the Republic of Moldova.

ANTiM attempts to identify new ways to encourage youth involvement in managerial activities in order to improve the managerial system in the Republic of Moldova.

Its main objectives are as follows:

- develop the youth entrepreneurial spirit;
- organize various activities with the direct involvement of young managers;
- furnish information on advanced management methods through a variety of channels of communication;
- establish cooperation with different organizations to expand ANTiM activity;
- build and consolidate an efficient national managerial system;
- promote young entrepreneurs.

ANTiM initiated a number of competitions within AESM as the Youth Business Plan Competition, Miss AESM-the Future Business Woman etc.

Projected activities include a number of seminars and trainings as well as the establishment of the Centre for Young Business Women Development.
