ECONOMIC PLANNING AND HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICE

The Economic Planning and Human Resources office is an important structural subdivision of AESM, directly subordinated to the administration of the institution. It ensures the fulfillment of objectives set by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport and the Ministry of Finance.

The office is subdivided into “Economic Planning”, “Human Resources”, and “Contractual Sources” departments coordinated by Leonida Ambrosi, the Head of the office.

The most important responsibilities of the office are to:
- recruit, select, orient, maintain and develop the employees;
- ensure adequate compensation based upon the organizational structure, the approved number of positions, nature, quality and amount of work performed in the limits of the planning indices;
- inform the Heads of the office departments about the new regulations on employee compensation, retention, and development;
- provide the required funding to carry out educational, scientific, and socio-economic activity;
- establish revenue and expense statements.

The Economic Planning and Human Resources Office is equipped with the latest computer technology and a considerable database which is constantly updated.
