STUDENT SENATE

The Student Senate of the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova was established on 18 November 2005.

The main objectives of the Student Senate are:

- to efficiently organize student life;
- to develop a partnership between AESM students and administration;
- to settle disputes and student social issues and provide assistance in daily issues;
- to promote civic engagement and social responsibility among students;
- to protect students against any discrimination;
- to cooperate with non-government organizations that bolster student activity;
- to direct joint student activities within AESM.

Although recently established, the members of the Student Senate have succeeded in actively involving in AESM extracurricular life.
