DOCTORATE AND POST-DOCTORATE DEGREE PROGRAMMES

The Academy of Economic Studies has a large scientific community that contributes to the development of highly qualified professionals through doctorate and post-doctorate degree programmes. At present, there are 290 candidates pursuing a doctorate degree at AESM.

Pursuant to the decision of the National Assessment
and Accreditation Council, 56 members of the full academic teaching staff are appointed research supervisors, whereof 23 are Doctors Habilitatum,
and 33 are Doctors of Science.

Pursuant to the decision of the National Assessment and Accreditation Council of the Republic of Moldova, 8 specialized scientific committees have been set up at AESM for defenses of doctorate and post-doctorate theses in economic sciences, as follows:
